“Blue Jay” – Last Saturday, a blue jay landed on my fire escape railing. Sure, I might have preferred a bluebird, but I was still delighted by this unexpected flash of blue, a welcome change from the predictable parade of pigeons, starlings, and mourning doves. Blue skies for all!
